Patient Satisfaction Survey
We believe in developing a good relationship with our patients and providing an exceptional level of patient care. We regularly ask for patient feedback to ensure that we provide the best possible service.
We are really happy with the results of the survey and with the comments left by the patients.
100% of patients say they would recommend us to their friends and family, patients felt they had adequate treatment delivered and felt reassured by the dentist. All patients felt they were treated with dignity and respect, where able to communicate effectively with the practice and found the cleanliness of the practice Good.
100% of patients say their overall experience was Good.

National Smile Month 14 May-14 June 2018
National Smile Month is about sharing important messages about looking after our teeth, good oral health has so many benefits beyond our appearance, healthy teeth and gums prevent tooth loss and by keeping our teeth and gums healthy we are reducing our risk of certain cancers.

St Georges Church Oral Education Visit
February 2018 Dr Farooqi and staff visited St George's Church to promote oral health to the toddler group, parents and elderly patients. A presentation covering information on teething, heathy teeth and gums, diet, brushing and the importance of regular visits to dentist was given to the group by Dr Farooqi. During the session, Dr Farooqi caught the attention of the children using his giant puppet teeth model to show the correct brushing technique, brushing teeth twice a day and talked about healthy eating. Dr Farooqi took questions from the parents, volunteers and staff members.
Church volunteers were very kind and fresh fruit and tea were shared with the our team and our staff gave out healthy teeth packs to the children.

Featherstone School Oral Health Workshop
Children from local school, Featherstone were invited to our oral health workshop at the practice on 16th November 2017. In total 90 children attended in groups throughout the day and took part in the educational workshop provided by our dentist Dr Kaamil Farooqi.

Thank you so much for the gifts at the end of the sessions too. The children were very excited to take them home and show off to their parents. The parent volunteers really enjoyed the session too!
10KM Mouth Cancer Awareness Walk
During Mouth Cancer Awareness Month staff from Inspire Dental Southall took part in the annual Mouth Cancer 10 KM Charity Awareness Walk which was held on Saturday 30th September 2017 in Hyde Park, London, aimed not only at raising awareness of the symptoms of mouth cancer but celebrating survivorship!
Celebrating Vaisakhi Festival with our Community Sunday 10th April 2017
Another year another Vaisakhi Festival celebration. Staff look forward to the annual celebrations taking place just outside our doorstep on South Road. The kindness and generosity from staff is inspirational as they prepare and give out food to the passers-by throughout the day, proud to be part of the community.

Staff Visit Hambrough Primary School
During May 2016 staff at Inspire Dental Southall were invited back to Hambrough Primary in Southall. Waleed and the team gave a presentation to over 500 children and parents of nursery children covering all aspects of oral health, hygiene and good eating habits for children.
The children interacted very well finding it all very interesting, asking questions and getting really involved.
Thank you to Hambrough Primary School for allowing us the opportunity to be a part of educating our little ones.
Celebrating Vaisakhi Festival Sunday 10th April 2016
Staff worked tirelessly in preparation to join in the celebration of Vaisakhi the Sikh new year and it was all worth it as a glorious procession made its way through the streets of Southall in wonderful colours and sounds, the crowds were invited to enjoy free food on our stall and many others along the way. Staff enjoyed the fun while giving out food and oral health packs to over 2000 passers-by.
Waleed Norani finalist in the category of Dental Hygienist of the Year!
We are very proud and excited to announce that our hygienist Waleed at Inspire Dental Southall is a finalist in the most respected awards scheme in UK dentistry The Dental Awards 2016. Waleed's exceptional hygienist skills, his professionalism and outstanding patient care has been recognised. We hope he wins this award as recognition to his hard work and dedication.

Hambrough Primary School Visit Educating Parents
Led by Waleed Norani we visited Hambrough Primary School in March 2016 giving a presentation to parents of 5 to 10 year olds. Aiming to raise awareness of oral health issues and how they can be prevented, good eating habits and general oral health advice, the presentation was both enjoyable and very informative. Parents not only took away valuable oral health messages but we also gave away goodie bags.
Many thanks to Hambrough Primary School for welcoming us and to the parents that joined us.
Childrens Oral Health Education Days At inspire Dental Southall
90 Children from Featherstone Primary School visited Inspire Dental Southall for Oral Hygiene and Health Education Days held during September with SunveerBhupal(Dentist) and Waleed Norani(Hygienist).
Sunveer and Waleed delivered an engaging presentation and QA sessions with the children; gave demonstrations, played a video and staff gave out goody bags to take home.
Fresher Fair September 2015 at Southall College
Inspire Southall staff at the annual Fresher Fair at Southall College on Thursday 10thSeptember 2015.
Drawstring bags filled with toothbrush, paste and other goodies were given out to all new fresher's starting college in the new term. Staff were promoting good oral hygiene and encouraging young adults to visit the dentist.
Vaisakhi Festival Sunday 12th April 2015
On Sunday 12th April we celebrated Vaisakhi Festival with our community. Our staff made and distributed 1500 oral hygiene packs and served food made by our staff for the crowds that were passing. Children were given balloons.
Staff were full of energy and really enjoyed the event. A huge thank you to those that took part, your hard work and support is well appreciated.
Inspire Dental Southall Celebrates World Oral Health Day on 20th March 2015!
Staff gave out free oral health packs to the public to help raise awareness of World Health Day on 20th March 2015. Children were given balloons, stickers and kid's packs.
Vaisakhi Festival Celebrations 2014!
Every April, millions of Sikhs world-wide celebrate Vaisakhi Day, a day that marks the New Year. Many thousands of people attend the annual Vaisakhi Parade and Celebration right on our doorstep. Inspire Dental staff provided free food and drink and oral health packs to the local community as part of the practice's ongoing oral health awareness scheme.
It's always great fun, come and visit us at our stall next year.
Vaisakhi Festival Celebrations 2013
The practice took part in the 2013 Vaisakhi festivities on Sunday 7th April 2013 in Southall.
The practice and staff provided free food and drink to the local community and the many who came from afar to enjoy the annual festival. We also handed free oral health packs and toothpaste samples to the public as part of our ongoing oral health awareness scheme.
The famous street celebration involved many local businesses, charities and residents providing free food and drink to celebrate the harvest. The festivities also included traditional music and dancing and a spectacular nagar kirtan procession also known as 'The sea of prayer'. The procession was closely followed by a colourful sea of people paying tribute to the Akal Kalsa.
A fantastic time was had by all and we look forward to contributing to the festival again next year.
